BTE fire prevention system

Integrated system compliant with the standards: UNI EN 12845/20 – UNI 11292/19 – UNI 10779/21
External system with underfloor installation consisting of a metal storage tank and a REI 60 technical compartment made with a metal load-bearing structure and infill in A2-s1, d0 sandwich panels. All in a single monobloc with front access door.

UNI 12845/20 pump group composed of electric pump, motor pump and pilot complete with electrical panels and various accessories always supplied on separate skids as per UNI 11292/19 standard.

Support saddles welded continuously to the tank which keep the tank raised by 50 mm_x000D_
from the ground, preventing water stagnation and therefore corrosion of the metal.

Electric fan for forced air exchange, functioning even in the absence of electricity, complete with UNI 11292 /19 point 5.4.2.2 grille.

REI60 front access door vertical type measures min. L 800 H 2000 and with fire reaction class A1 as per UNI 11292/19 point 4.2.2.

Pump intakes complete with anti-vortex plate filter, eccentric reduction cone, anti-vibration joint, shut-off butterfly valves and various connection flanges as per UNI 12845/20.

Electrical panel for the management of all services inside the technical compartment already wired and complete with circuit breakers and life-saving circuit breakers, all certified with Declaration of Conformity.

Inverter voltage rescuer complete with batteries to operate the electric fan (if one or more motor pumps are present) in the absence of electricity, UNI EN 11292/19 standard point 5.4.2.

Narrow mesh grating or ashlar sheet metal floor, uniform, non-slip, raised so that operators can move around safely, as required by UNI 11292 regulation.

Possibility of having the water delivery and tank loading pipes inside the technical compartment, thus eliminating problems related to the cold which would force the client to have to use insulation, heating cables, etc.

2000W electric heater complete with thermostat for maintaining the temperature inside the room as required by UNI 11292/19 standard, also allowing to reduce internal humidity.

Service lighting lamp (min.200 Lux) with integrated emergency light (min.25 Lux x 60 min) ref. point 6.3.2. UNI 11292 standard.

Digital level indicator with continuous reading of the quantity of water present in the tank and programmable alarms with the possibility of remote control. CEE socket for connecting plugs of any equipment or various services as required by UNI 11292/19 standard.

Electric resistance on the water reserve side complete with regulation thermostat and temperature probe to avoid any ice problems in winter.
