Underground tanks

Underground tanks are solutions designed for the storage of liquids, such as fuels, oils and other substances, positioned underground. Righetto Serbatoi offers a range of single-chamber and double-chamber tanks built in compliance with current regulations. European regulation UNI EN 12285-1 (underground tanks) UNI EN 12285-2 (above ground tanks). Made of first choice EN10025 S235JR carbon steel, welded entirely by MIG and externally with a submerged arc procedure. The tanks are subjected to testing for 12/24 hours._ Underground tanks offer several advantages, such as a smaller footprint, greater protection from atmospheric agents and less visual impact. However, they require proper installation and maintenance to prevent leaks and ensure long-term safety.
